What kind of photo should I upload?

A clear, front-facing photo with good lighting works best. Avoid heavy filters or blurry images. Ideally someone taking a photo of you and whoever is with you, but a selfie works too!

How long does it take to receive my artwork?

You’ll receive your digital portrait within 24 hours, but sometimes faster.

Can I request revisions?

Yes! Each artwork comes with one free revision if it doesn't meet your expectations.

What styles can I choose from?

We offer over 10 custom styles including anime, classic art, cartoon, doll packaging, astrology, and more.

Do you offer physical prints or just digital files?

All portraits come as high-res digital downloads. Prints are optional and can be ordered with your purchase.
